Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, as well as the weight and size of the parcel.
International Shipping
We ship to select European countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
DEVYN is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

Order Tracking

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags must be attached
- Items must not show signs of wear or misuse

How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
