Currency

  • All prices on the website are listed in USD.
  • If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.

Order Cancellation

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items during shipping
DeadlineExchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Include the following:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

Unauthorized Chargebacks May Result InSuspension of future purchases and investigation of the transaction.

Right to Refuse Returns

DEVYN reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of wear or misuse
  • Are missing original packaging or tags
