Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- All primary credit and debit cards (except American Express and RUPAY)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)
- Online payment systems supported by Stripe
- All payment methods listed at checkout
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
Currency
- All prices on the website are listed in USD.
- If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.
- These fees are determined by your financial institution and are outside the control of DEVYN.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Order number
- Purchased items
- Payment confirmation
- Shipping information

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately: [email protected]
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Defective items
- Damaged items during shipping
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Include the following:
- Order number or email address
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact DEVYN before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases and investigation of the transaction.
Right to Refuse Returns
DEVYN reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Do not comply with this policy
- Show signs of wear or misuse
- Are missing original packaging or tags
Returned items that do not meet our requirements may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
